The nearby restaurant next to a safari park is a great location to enjoy some delicious food, while being close to nature. the hotel also has an opposite kids play area, perfect for young families. the room is quite spacious and presents a generous size, the bathroom is adequate but not very luxurious. Enjoy a warm breakfast before venturing out for the day.
The pool is not part of the hotel and is not always maintained to a high standard, which can be a bit of a disappointment.

The pool is very nice and a great thing when travelling in the summer :-)
The restaurant next to the hotel is too expensive for a normal family holiday trip. There is supposedly an Italian restaurant next to the pool, but it is only open in the weekends.... Luckily we found a cosy pizza-place in a nearby village.

It was casual and relaxed - ideal with a child.
Equipment such as drink distributor and pool table did not work well and always got stuck.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we enjoyed the festive atmosphere. The breakfast was great, with a good coffee selection and fresh croissants. The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway and near nice villages to visit. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows.
The noise level was high. We could hear the barking dogs in the neighboring room and people talking in the hallways.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok
At night until well after 4 am huge noise from outside: partying, screaming and singing from a nearby house that kept us awake most of the night. No hotel receptionist available to consult.

The staff was helpful and the swimmingpool + area very nice. No problem bringing our dog - just as promised.
During our visit (weekdays) only the fancy and expensive restaurant was open and not the family restaurant (pizza etc). The expensive restaurant waiter was definitely not nice so we ended up leaving. However we found a nice pizza restaurant in a village close by.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the grassed area opposite the kids' play area. I also loved the fact that this hotel is close to some awesome restaurants on the outskirts of the city. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Almost perfect.

The breakfasts were excellent. We felt very relaxed in the hotel.
One night we forgot to take our key and we couldn't remember the code on the front door so had to wait about one and a half hours for another guest to let us in !

Reception very welcoming, provided great tip for evening meal in the village. Basic but comfortable, clean rooms, 10 mins from Saint Clair golf club.
A bit run down, but for the price it was great value for a one night stay.

The food in the separate restaurant is very good indeed, but not cheap.
